Mr A. G. Williams was appointed to represent the Heathcote County. Council aTa conference of all constituent bodies within the North Canterbury Hospital district, called by the Canterbury Progress League to discuss the Hospital Boards proposal to erect a new hospital building at the foot of Cashmere Hills.
