SERVICE APPEALS
Sir,—When are we going to hear something of the sine die grade 1 men, especially those without dependants, employed at the Government Railway Workshops? Are they sine die for the duration? Are they more essential than those privately employed?— Yours, etc., B. FAIR, March 26, 1944. [An official of the National Service Department says that appeals for single men employed at the Addington workshops will be reviewed shortly.]
