LYTTELTON NEWS INQUEST An Inquest was opened at Lyttelton yesterday, before Mr G. G. Chisholm, Coroner, concerning the death of Alfred George Frederick Metcalfe, a nightwatchman who collapsed on the wharf on Tuesday night. After evidence of identification had been given the Inquest was adjourned till Monday, at Christchurch. The Coroner ordered a pathological examination to be made.
