‘‘Also a Parent” writes: “A youth of 16 years, already in charge of probation officer, whose mother is in Australia and father prisoner of war for 15 months, was given a contraceptive by a man (if I should term him so) 30 years of age. So it seems there is no age limit while these are for sale to any persons.”
