PROPER USE OF LEISURE
Sir,—Since the war situation has so drastically changed and everything is to be put on a war basis, it would seem advisable to round up the men who spend their money and leisure in hotels. It has become quite a habit for large numbers of men to stay all day on Saturdays drinking. Why not conscript them, and utilise their time and money in some way to assist the war effort?— Yours, etc., URGENT. December 15. 1941.
