WOMEN FOR WAR SERVICE

REGISTRATION IN BRITAIN (8.0. W.) ' RUGBY, May 6. The interviewing of women who have registered under the Registration Employment Order begins this week, and as the first step women who are unoccupied or unemployed will be asked to attend at local offices of the Ministry of Labour for this purpose. Other women will be summoned in due course, although various exceptions have been made. * including mothers with young children, yoluntary workers on civil pefence duties, and those already doing work of national importance. The interviews will in all cases be conducted by women officers.
