* WAITIKXBI LADIES’ CLUB A btfgey match at the Waitikiri Ladies’ Golf Club yesterday was won by Mrs K. G Archer, who was 5 down. The run-ner-up was Miss M. Pearson. 7 down. TEMPLETON LADIES’ CLUB A Stableford bogey played yesterday resulted;— Miss M. Bennett, 22 points; Mrs R. Voss, 22 points: Mrs Fuller, 20 points. Miss Bennett won on the count-back. A two-round eclectic match resulted:— Mrs E. Rattray, 98, 31-67; Mrs R. Voss, 106, 34 —72; Miss M. Bennett, 108, 36—72. GREENDALE CLUB The final round of the Hughes Cup competition was played on Saturday, the winner being R. Hayes with a score of 133. closely followed by I. Gillanders with 136. In the women’s game for the Farmers Co-operative Cup the winner was Miss Neroli Jarman with a card of 155, Miss S. Gillanders being runner-up with 160. In the first round for the captain's trophy the following were the best cards;— Men: I. Gillanders 68, R. Hayes 70, H. B. Shipley 70, C. Turner 70. Women: Miss Margaret Jarman 79, Miss S. Gillanders 83, Mrs C. Rudd 82, Miss Neroli Jarman 84.
