MEASURES ADOPTED IN HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES . v [From Our Parliamentary Reporter.! ' WELLINGTON, September 22. With five bills put through all stages and passed, good progress was made by the House of Representatives today with legislation on the Order Paper. The last of the bills was approved at 4.55-' p.m., when the ActingPrime Minister (the Hon. P.
