■ Alter hearing argument from counsel, Mr Justice Northcroft adjourned until Tuesday a Supreme Court hearing, in which Mrs Annie Young applied for the variation of the terms ol the will of her husband, Robert James Young, of Christchurch. When he died the testator was a retired bootmaker. The application was for further provision for the widow. Mr A. C. Brassington acted for the plaintiff. Mr R. A. Cuthbert for the - Public Trustee (who is administering " ‘ the estate). Mr K. M. Gresson for certain residuary legatees, and Mr j. ri. v.- Poison for Mrs Martha Young, the mother of the testator. The adjournment was taken to allow the Court to f' >j jug supplied with additional iniormation about the estate.
