FLOWER SHOW AT EIFFELTON
♦ A good standard of exhibits was displayed at the annual flower show held at Eiffelton.
Large entries were received and there was strong competition in many of the classes. The display of handcraft in the children’s section was particularly attractive. There was a large attendance at the show, especially in I the evening. A number of side-shows were held in conjunction with the show. The proceeds, which will be divided between the Eiffelton School i Committee and the Eiffelton Tennis 1
Club, were satisfactory. The judges were:—Vegetables, fruit, decorative, and cut flowers, Mr H. B. Millichamp; handicrafts, Mesdamfes H* B. and A. J. Millichamp; cookery, Mrs' S., George; children’s section, Mr and Mrs S. George.
