STOCK SALES LORNE^ILLE (FEISS ASSOCIATION T*L*G*AK,) I INVERCARGILL, November 8. Values for fat cattle at the Lornevllle sale yesterday were about 15s a head lower than last week. The fat cattle yarding was a fairly full one, and included a number of good quality cattle of all classes. In the fat sheep yarding, ewes, which were in short scupply, were about 2s 6d a head dearer than last week. Wethers, which made up the bulk of the yarding, also brought increased prices. Fat Cattle— : Prime heavy-weight bullocks made up to £2O, prime quality £l6 10s to £l7 10s, medium-weights £l4 10s to £ls 10s, and lighter weights £ll to £l3, prime quality heifers £l4 to £ls; good quality handy-weights £l2 to £l3. and light-weights £9 10s to £lO 15s, prime quality cows £l3 10s to £l4 10s, good quality £lO 10s to £ll 10s, medium £8 10s to £9 10s, unfinished £6 10s to £7 10s, aged and inferior £3 10s to £4 10s. Fat Sheep—Prime woolly wethers made 31s to 32s 6d, good quality 28s to 29s 6d, medium 26s to 275, and unfinished down to 23s 6d, prime shorn wethers 25s to 26s 6d, good quality 23s to 245, and medium 21s to 225, prime woolly ewes 28s to 30s, good quality 26s to 27s 6d, medium 23s to 24s 6d, aged and inferior down to 14s, prime shorn ewes 21s to 22s 6d, medium 17s 6d to 19s.
