Candidates must be physically fit for full flying duties, between the ages of 18 and 37. of good education, and be holders of a pilot’s Endorsed “A” or “B” Licence or have obtained their “Wings” in the Royal Air Force or a Dominion Air Force. Applications will also be considered for appointment as Wireless Engineer and Stores Officers, for which appointments no flying experience is necessary. AIRMEN: The following tradesmen are-required:—Betters, Wireless Operators. Wireless Mechanics, Metal Workers. Armourers, Air Gunners, Photographers. Fabric Workers, etc. Preference will be given to men with experience of these or allied trades. Applicants should be between the ages of 18 and 37, physically fit, of British nationality and (owing to the need of regular attendance for instruction) should reside within Christchurch City or surrounding residential area.
