Kenneth William Courtney Suckling, insurance agent, or 7*cii Tapu Adelaide Anderson Hutchins (Mr C. V. Quigley), v. Alan Reginald James Hutchins, accountant, of Christchurch. Decrees Nisi A decree nisi was granted to Florence Irene Frobisher (Mr E. A. Lee), against James Godfrey Frobisher, steward, of Albury, New South Wales, on the grounds of desertion. On the grounds of separation, a decree nisi was granted to Doris Shewry (Mr P. P. J. Amodeo) in her suit against Alfred Richard Shewry, farmer, of Nadarivatu, Fiji. A decree nisi was granted to Isabella Ellen Minogue (Mr K. J•, McMenamin) against William Reginald Minogue, labourer, of unknown abode, on the grounds of separation. Isla Melva MacGregor, of Nelson (Mr C. S. Thomas), was granted a decree nisi against Edwin James MacGregor, of Richmond, Nelson, a baker. The grounds were separation. Herbert John Armstrong, warehouseman, of Christchurch (Mr C. S. Thomas), was granted a decree nisi against Elsie Helen Armstrong, of Sydney. The grounds were failing to comply with a decree for the restitution of conjugal rights. . . Elsie Mavis Truebridge, of Christchurch (Mr F. D. Sargent), was granted a decree nisi against Benjamin Arthur Truebridge, musician, of Brisbane, on the grounds of separation. . Myrtle Ivy Bassett, of New Brighton (Mr V. G. Spiller), was granted a decree nisi against James Bassett, clerk, of Hokitika, on the grounds of separation. Petitioner was granted interim custody of the two youngest children. . Thomas Henry Harker, of Christchurch (Mr L. W. Gee), was granted a decree for the restitution of conjugal rights against Ella Katie Harker, domestic, of Christchurch. Ethel Sarah Robertson, of Christchurch (Mr H, M. S. Dawson), was granted a decree nisi on the grounds of separation against William Bernard Robertson, labourer, of Papatoetoe. Margaret Taylor Reid Wright, of Christchurch (Mr A. W. Brown), was granted a decree nisi against Maurice McGill Wright,, contractor, of Christchurch. The grounds were adultery. Petitioner was given interim custody of the children.

Samuel Paddon Batchelor, railway employee, of Greymouth (Mr A. W. Brown), was granted an order for the restitution of conjugal rights against Sarah Priscilla Batcheler, of Taihape. Nellie Hazel Coveny, of Christchurch (Mr R. N. C. Hill), was granted a decree nisi, cn the grounds of separation, against Robert Edward Coveny, jockey, of Christchurch. Custody of the children was given to the petitioner. Jean Marion Parsons, of Christchurch (Mr C. S. Thomas), was granted a decree nisi against Edward. Peter Parsons, farm labourer, of Ashburton, on the grounds of separation. Nellie Kathleen Collins (Mr A. W. Brown) was granted a decree nisi from William Frederick Collins, taxidriver, of Christchurch, on the grounds of separation. Custody of the five youngest children was given to the petitioner. Alfred James Halkett, labourer, of Christchurch (Mr K. G. Archer), was granted a decree nisi on the grounds of separation against Ida Marie Halkett, of Christchurch. Custody of the child was given to the petitioner. Elsie Birss, of Christchurch (Mr C. V. Quigley), was granted a decree nisi against James Alexander Birss, hotel employee, of Christchurch, on the grounds of separation. Custody of the child was given to the petitioner. Victoria Comfort Duggan, of Christchurch (Mr C. V. Quigley), was granted a decree nisi against Leonard Herbert Duggan, painter, of Christchurch, on the grounds of separation. William Thomas Overend, railway employee, of Christchurch (Mr C. S : Thomas), was granted a decree nisi from Violet Overend, of Christchurch, on the grounds of separation. John Robert Francis Streeter, workshop employee, of Christchurch (Mr F. S. Wilding), was granted a decree nisi against Violet Edith Streeter, on the grounds of separation. Charles Robert Hughey, farmer, of Rangiora (Mr R. N. C. Hill), was granted a decree nisi on the grounds of separation from Elsie Edna Winifred Hughey, of Rangiora. Arthury Hendry, plumber, of Christchurch (Mr H. W. Hunter), was granted a decree nisi on the grounds -of desertion from Noreen Mavis Hendry, of Christchurch.

Henrietta Amie McKay (Mr C. V. Quigley) was granted a decree nisi against Gordon Denis Hugh McKay, labourer, of unknown abode, on the grounds of desertion. Thomas Inns, labourer, of Rangiora (Mr H. K. Klppenberger) was granted a decre nisi against Mary Ann Inns, of Auckland, on the grounds of insanity.
