WAGES ON DAIRY FARMS
SCALE INCREASED BY SPECIAL ORDER
EFFECT OF GUARANTEED PRICE
By a special fixation order, the wages of workers on dairy farms in the Dominion have been increased, from November 1 last. The new rates, according to the text of the official notification, are made "having regard to the prices for the time being fixed under the Primary Products Marketing Act," and will remain in force until July 31 next, or until revoked or altered by a further order. The new minimum rates payable to workers on dairy farms are:—
