BLENHEIM SCHOOL JUBILEE

The celebrations conducted at the Blenheim School jubilee, at which former scholars from all parts of New Zealand attended, resulted in a profit of £IOO 2s 6d. This satisfactory position was disclosed in the balance-sheet presented at a meeting of the jubilee committee, when it was decided that the committee be disbanded, and that all assets and liabilities be handed over to the school committee.
The receipts during the week of the celebrations amounted to £362 and the total expenditure was £261. Of this, an advance of £75 has-already been made towards the installation at the school of wireless equipment.
