MY GARDEN

Out in my garden ; The pansies grow, • And they are all planted In a neat little row.

Near them grows the lily, White and tall. And also the red rose Which I think is best of all. Just near the gate Stands a oretty wee tree, And in it a bird Sings sweetly to me.

In my little garden Bright with the flowers, I think fairies dance And sing through the hours. —SHIRLEY RUSHBRIDGE (aged 10), 98 Woodham road. What can you knit without kxut< ting needles? , Your brows.
