DIVORCE PETITIONS GRANTED
♦ Three undefended divorce petition? were heard by his Honour Mr Justice Northcroft, in the Supremo Court yesterday. Brian Muxlow, carpenter, of Lyttelton iMr A. H. Cavclh. petitioned for divorce from Evelyn Maude Muxlow, on the ground of a verbal agreement to separate. A decree nisi was granted, to become absolute after three months. Peter James Jenkins, labcurcr. of Ashburton uMr L. A. Charles), petitioned for divorce from Eva Jenkins on the ground of a written separation agreement. A decree nisi was granted, to become absolute after three months. Edward Aymas V/ilmot Moore 'Mr A. T. Donnelly), who petitioned for divorce from Margaret Mildred Mocre. on the ground of insanity, was aiso granted a decree nisi, to become absolute after three mon'hs.
