Sir Reginald Palgrave's little book, first published in 1877 and since reprinted 24 times, has been revised by Mr G. F. M. Campion, Clerk Assistant of the House of Commons, and Mr L. A. Abraham, a barrister. Its suggestions and rules for the conduct of public and other meetings are based on the procedure and practice of Parliament. It is invaluable.
