AVON LICENSING COMMITTEE
The licence of Mrs Marie McCormack, of the New Brighton Hotel, was renewed at the annual meeting yesterday of the Avon Licensing Committee. The New Brighton Hotel is the only one in the committee's district, and after a favourable report had been made by the police the licence was renewed, the meeting lasting only a few minutes. Mr E. C. Levvey, S.M., presided, and Messrs W. E. Leadley and E. A. M. Leaver, members of the committee, were present. Inspector H. Martin represented the police.
