(BEITISD OFFICIAL WtK»L«SB.) RUGBY, March 23. The President of the Board of Trade (Mr Walter Runciman), replying to a parliamentary question regarding his discussions with the Swedish Foreign Minister (Mr R. J. Sandler) during'the latter's visit to London, said that Mr Sandler mentioned the recent discussion between experts representing the countries which were parties to the Oslo Convention. . Mr Runciman assured him of Britain's sympathy with any movement having as its object the reduction of obstacles to international trade.
