Milliken 1 i remarked that the Minister for Trans-li port (the Hon. R. Semple) had recentijyj been giving serious consideration to thaTg rights of pedestrians, and the regulaJM tion giving pedestrians the right-of-way Jj would embody one of his decisions. !fg According to Cr. Milliken the con- I ference dealt mostly with standard |l road signs. New regulations were con- i| sidered providing for standard signs , § indicating speed, schools, hospitals, and » other places where special care was ,| necessary. Standard parking notice!
