♦ T.S. STRIKE LEADER CHARGED (Received December 28, 11.30 p.m.) LONGBEACH (California), December 28. Harry Bridges was released on a writ of habeas corpus after his arrest on a charge of "negligent homicide," through the death boy cyclist, alleged to have- been struck by Bridges's far while Bridges was on his wa'y to address a meeting of strikers. Bridges's companions said that the bicycle was unlighted. S
