ASSISTED PATIENT TO ESCAPE
«3 FINE IMPOSED ON SEAMAN (PBES9 ASSOCIATION TELEGBAIt.) WELLINGTON, December 28. Charged with knowingly assisting a patient of the Templeton farm school to escape in August, Albert Victor Martyn, 21 years of age, a seaman, was fined £3, in default 14 days' imprisonment. He picked up the patient at night and drove him to the lodgings of the principal offender, who had appeared at Christchurch, and had been fined £25.
