FIFTEEN NEGROES DROWNED (Received December 27, 11.15 p.m.) KINGSTON (Jamaica), Dec. 26. An overloaded harbour launch, carrying a happy Christmas crowd, overturned here less than half a mile from the shore. Fifteen were drowned, including four children.
