SHORTHAND WRITERS’ GOLD MEDAL

♦ . The Shorthand Writers’ Association gold medal has been won by Miss Brenda Sullivan, St. Albans, with a speed of 150 words a minute. Miss Sullivan also gained the only special awarded in Christchurch for the Public Service intermediate shorthand and typewriting examinations with speeds of not less than 150 words a minute and 50 words a minute respectively in the two subjects.
