Raymond ( Clovelly," Nelson terrace) will leave on Thursday on a visit to the Hermitage and the' Franz Josef Glacier. Mr and Mrs J. A. Bracken will return to-day from Melbourne by the Marama. , .. Miss Ross (Aberdeen), who was the guest of Miss Adams (Sealy street), left vesterday for Napier. Captain and Mrs A. A. E. Pennefather (Craigie street) have returned from a visit to Dunedin. Miss J. Turnbull (Beverley road) will leave to-day to stay with Mrs G. B. Bullock (Christchurch). Mr and Mrs Moore (Pareora) have taken Miss Woolcombe's house (Trafalgar street) for the holidays. Miss Rose Ulrich (Dunedin) will arrive to-day to stay with Mrs F. F. A. .Ulri'ch (Elizabeth street). Mrs F. Avent (Dunedin) is the guest of her sister. Miss Cray (Seaview terrace).
