APPEAL IN SLANDER ACTION
LONDON, December Kb Sir Cecil Levila has appealed against the verdict of £7500 in favour of Mr Richard S. Lambert, editor of the British Broadcasting Corporation’s weekly publication, the “Listener,” in a recent slander action. To-day was the lasKday ol the period allowed for lodging an appeal. '
