ITALY’S ATTITUDE j FAVOURABLE RECOGNITION OP RIGHTS OF AUSTRIA ARCHDUKE OTTO PROMISES REFORMS (unite d pssss association— COfybxoht.) (Received June 19, 12.35 am.) LONDON, June 18. A Vienna message states that Italy does not object to the restoration of the Hapsburg dynasty to tM throne of Austria. According to the “Reichspost (the Government’s organ) of June 16 Italy approves and even emphasises that the restoration question i» purely an internal Austrian affair, because no international treaty prevents Austria from choosing her own form of government. As a monarchical country and a friend of Austria, Italy understand all the decisions of the Austrian people, whether other countries are pleased or not. Th! Archduke Otto, in a letter to Austria from his Belgian exile, promises to bridge over aU class antagonisms when he is restored to tee throne. “As a true Hapsburg, I wiU make sacrifices in my Austria, ne says. -
