DIFFICULTY CONCERNING CREDENTIALS

ROME, June 17

It is reported that Signor Fulvio Suvich, who recently resigned the portfolio of Foreign Affairs, is being appointed Italian Ambassador at Washington. This and other ambassadorial changes which are pending raise the question of the recognition of the conquest of Abyssinia, as the new ambassadors are certain to present their credentials as coming from the King of Italy and Emperor of Abyssinia.
