The election will take nSI on June 29. Obituary The death occurred this morning «f John Thomas Radford at the age a£g| years. Mr Radford’s interest had always been bound up in the progrtga of Tahunanui, and he haa largely of his time and energy 09& many years towards assisting in RB advancement of the town and dbtckl He was at first connected with the' «£ Progressive Association and war among those instrumental in fdrariß the Town Board. He acted as tows clerk since the inception of the bowfcr On his retirement as town 'clerk abaft; three years ago Mr Radiord wus elected a board member.
He leaves a widow and two daughters, Mrs A. G. Schroder (Rai Valkor) and Mrs A. Borgfeldt (Tahuna).
