AIR MAIL DELAYED BY STORM
DAMAGE AT ALEXANDRIA
ALEXANDRIA, February 12. A gale blowing at 70 miles an hour damaged the Imperial Airways flying-boat station, including the slipways and buoys. The air mail to Australia from London- is already late because of the gale. All the Indian, Australian, and African services are held up pending repairs.. ’ Several merchant ships dragged their anchors, Most of'the British warships have put to sea. The harbour is closedHo incoming shipping and all vessels have been diverted.
