TRIONA FROM NAURU

The British Phosphate Commissioners' steamer Triona left Nauru Island on September 5 for Auckland, where she is due on Monday. TANKER NEW ZEALAND The Norwegian tanker New Zealand advises that she expects to arrive at Auckland from San Pedro to-morrow afternoon. She will then proceed to Wellington. Lyttelton, Punedin, and Australia, and is due here on September 22.

WARSHIPS' MOVEMENTS

After undergoing refitting in Cal* Hope Dock, H.M.S. Dunedin berthed alongside H.M.S. Diomede at theDevonport Naval Base, Auckland, on Tuesday morning, The two cruisers will sail for the Hauraki Gulf on Monday to carry out gunnery and torpedo exercises.

The sloop Wellington, which is on her first cruise to the Islands, arrived at Suva on Tuesday. She will sail for Auckland on Monday, and is due there on September 21. *

A dispute between the Union Steam Ship Company and the crew of the cargo steamer Kairanga regarding the re-engagement of some of the men on new articles nas been settled. Arrangements have been made for the crew to sign on to-morrow morning, and afterwards the vessel will sail for Wellington to complete unloading cargo from Newcastle and Sydney. She is due at Wellington on Monday morning and will leave again the following day for Sydney.
