ELDERLY WOMAN'S DEATH
Mrs Elizabeth Hudson, a, widow, aged 72 years, who lived alone at 93 South Crescent road, died yesterday morning' before medical assistance could reach her. She asked the milkman when he called to go for a doctor, but she had died before one arrived. Her daughter from Palmerston North will arrive in Christchurch this morning. It is thought that an inquest will not be necessary.
