FUNERAL
—♦._____ DR. F. V. UEVAN-BROWN Many city medical men attended the funeral of Dr. F. V. Be-, an -Brown yesterday afternoon. With Dr. BevunBrown's friends and the representatives of the scveraJ important organisations with which he was interested, they paid a sincere tribute to a distinguished physician and a keen worker tor the- welfare of the community. Dr. .Bevaii-Brown. who wa., a k.y canon of Ce.ristchurch Cathedral and a number of the chapter, was ae-,-,:rded a full choral ium.rai service. The bodv was taken from the chapel at Bishopscourt to the Cathedral where a large gathering attended the ini-prcs-ive service. Bishop Wcst-\Vat<-on, Aichhishon Julius and Dean Julius conducted the service at the Cathedral, and the Bishop and tho Arch-bi.-hop at tiie yrave in t:;e Bromley Cimeterv.
