A cable message has been received ; ' from the United States Professional Golfers' Association saying that the American golfers who arc to tour New Zealand, Australia, Japan, and the Philippines are unable to leave before October 16. Their first games in Australia will be at the Melbourne Centenary meeting in November. RICHMOND HILL CLUB The drying influence of the sun and wind has benefited the Richmond Hill course to such an extent that the scheduled matches will be held this afternoon. They are a post entry stroke handicap and a stroke handicap for 24 handicap players. RANGIORA LADIES' CLUB In the May Ladies' Golf Union and club medal competition played on Thursday at the Rangiora Ladies' Club's links the winners of the senior division was Miss I. Glasgow (14), with a net score of 82. In the junior division Mrs Godfrey (26), with a net score of 74, was the winner.
