At the Magistrate's Court on Saturday, before Mr E. D. Mosley, S.M., F. Timings, a labourer, a"<;d 31, charged with failing to comply with the terms of his release on probation at Hastings, was convicted and admitted to probation for a period of six. months. He was ordered to take out a prohibition order, and- to refund 7s fid.
