ST. JOHN FREE AMBULANCE FAIR.
The members of St. John Free i Ambulance Brigade have been busy, for some weeks arranging ,for the lidding of a big St. John Ambulance fair in the Art Gallery early in ■ March. The new ambulance station will be/ open in April, and the funds raised . will go towards the uniforms for the ' brigade and the furnishings for the new station. Twenty stalls will be fully laden with goods of all descriptions. A special feature will •be a, ; huge St. John birthday cake, which will be sold during the fair. Special attention is being paid to the lighting and decoration of the buildings., Over 500 members of , St. John Ambulance Brigade are working.' to - make thw fair a huge success.. - -
