TWO BY-ELECTIONS PENDING.
CONSERVATIVE AND LIBERAL SEATS. (.SaiTISB OnlClil WIiIJSLXSS.) (Received December 13th, 5.5 p.m.) RUGBY, December 12. Two Parliamentary by-elections aro pending as a result of the deaths of Sir J. P. Reynolds, the Conservative member for the Exchange Division of Liverpool, and Mr J. D. Millar, the Liberal member for East life. [At the General Election in 1931 &ie J. P. Reynolds polled 24,038 votes, and was opposed by Mr T. McLean (Socialist), who polled 10,894 votes. Mr Millar was elected unopposed in his constituency.]
