'Sow. yo gods, J, find my idol has feet of clay, and has obviously served a lony; apprenticeship with all tho deadliest poachers in the country. I for one never kuow that (hero wore .so many pleasant methods of taliin-c trout, and will certainly try MJiiio of them out when next on the river. In conclusion. { would like to ask "Black Gnat' if an aspirin (instead of a No. 10 Soldier Palmer) tied to a 4X cast, and cast repeatedly over a steadily rising Jisli, will bring him to the net any more quickly r—Yours, etc., ISAAC.
