♦ - ' j v'l-RHoS ASSOCIATION TELGOtt.'.M ) ] AUCKLAND, August 19. tin May 13th last a diamond-studded watch, diamond ear-rings, and £ll 30s in cash, to a total value of £2ll 10s, wero stolen from a woman's house in Epsoui. After prolonged enquiries detectives recovered the ear rings from a pawnshop, and to-day they arrested George Henry Bennett Morgan, 31, mechanic, and charged him with theft. He was remanded till August 25th, bail being fixed at £250.
