Britain is experiencing a mild and pleasant heat-wave, with a temperature of about SO degrees. Patches of fog in the Chapnel have not spread iivland, where 'delightful summer weather is general. The highesjj temperature • for twej years was recorded in London torday, when the thermometer reaohed 88 degrees in the shade, and 135 degrees in the sun.
