COMMUNICATIONS INTERRUPTED

(3KITISH OFPICIAL VfIBELSBS.) RUGBY, August 10. The British Consul at Sao Paulo (Brazil) reports that owing to the revolt all communications with Sao Paulo are still interrupted. A regular service of incoming air mails is, however, being received at Santos.

ELECTRIC RADIATOR EFFICIENCY INCREASED. The efficient working of an electric radiator depends on two components—the heating element and the reflecting surface.
