The Alexander arrived at Lyttelton early yesterday morning from Tarakohe, and Bailed last evening for Nelson and nearby ports. The Ka'pltl arrived at Lyttelton yesterday afternoon after a protracted trip from Wanganui. She sailed for Wanganui again last evening. The ferry steamer Maori rvaa docked here yesterday for cleaning and painting, and sailed as usual last night. The tanker Sydhav was an arrival at Lyttelton y«nterday morning from Wellington. She sailed last evening for New Plymouth. T.he Wingatui is now due here to-morrow from Auckland, Portland, and Wellington. She Is to sail in the evening for Danedin and Timnru, and is due hack on Tuesday next to load for Auckland. Tho Kaitoke loaded at Lyttelton yesterday for Auckland, and sailed in the afternoon, via 'Wellington. , Tho Holmdale Bhould arrive here to-mor-row from the south, to take in cargo for Wellington, Picton, and Wanganul. > * The John is timed to load here to-morrow •for Wellington, Wanganui, Kew Plymouth, and Waikato. The Taupata ii> due here on Thursday to load for Nelson, Mapaa, and Motueka. The Hplmglen is timed to load at Lyttelton on Saturday for Wellington, New Plymouth, and Waikato. The Orepuki should arrive here to-mor-row from tho south to load for Wellington, Picton, and Wanganui. The Waimarino is due here to-morrow from Dunedin, Oamaru, and Timaru. She loads for Auckland, and sails via Wellington. The Kinl Is now expected at Lyttelton on Saturday from Westport, via Napier and The Totara should arrive here "on Friday from Timaru to load for New Plymouth. The Waipiata is due here on Tuesday from Auckland, via Wellington, and is to sail the same day for southern ports. The Kaikorai is due at Lyttelton on Moadar next from Geelong with wheat. The Opihl is to arrive here on Thursday from Westport with coal. She proceeds to Punedln, and Is due back, via Oamaru and Timaru, on August 17th, to load for Nelson and New Plymouth. The Poolta is timed to load at Lyttelton on August 18th for Napier and Gisborne. VESSELS WITHIN WIRELESS RANGE OF N.Z. THE CANADIAN CONQUEROR. Tho Canadian National Steamships advise that the Canadian Conqueror is due at Auckland to-morrow morning from Montreal. Slie is expected at Lyttalton, via Wellington, on Sunday, and will discharge and load here on Monday. MAUI POMARE DUE THIS AFTERNOON. The Government motor-sliip Maui Pomare is due at Lyttelton _ this afternoon from Apia and Niue, and is to sail on Wednesday for Wellington. OTAIO AT HULL.
