RELIEF WORK.
RESTRICTIONS IN NORTHERN TERRITORY. DAEWIN, March 31. The Government's action in preventing men resident iri the Northern Territory for less than 13 months from obtaining relief work has resulted in a number of men arriving from up country to await the steamer, in which they are to be given free passages. They are sturdy, hard workers, the kind the Territory needs, but they must go, leav ing openings for alien immigrants.
