*_ — CRASH IN SANDSTORM. EXPERT FROM GENEVA AMONG VICTIMS. (united press association— by electric telegraph— copyright.) (Beceived March 31st, 7.15 p.m.) BAGDAD, March 30. A French air-liner engaged in the mail service between Damascus and Bagdad crashed on a sandy mound during a sandstorm, killing the pilot, the mechanic and a passenger, Colonel de Eeynior, Swiss President of the League of Nations Commission, who was appointed to delimit the Iraq-Syrian frontier.
