With his face still patched with strips of adhesive plaster, Mr Winston Churchill was to-day taken to his hotel from the hospital in which he has spent eight days, following the injuries he received through being knocked down by a motorcar on Fifth Avenue. He was immediately put to bed under the care of a nurse, and his wife and daughter.
