PRISONERS SENTENCED.

(TOBSS ASSOCIATION TNUTOBAX.) AUCKLAND, August 18. The following prisoners were sentenced by Mr Justice Herdman: —Albert James Barnes, forgery, two years' hard labour; William Matthews, a young Maori, breaking and entering, two years' hard labour; William Gerald Cain, forgery, eighteen months' reformative detention; Tommy Webber, a quarter-caste, assault and robbery at Botorua, remanded for probation report.
