Four University students on vacation are members of the crew of the Canadian National steamer Canadian Conqueror, •which arrived at Auckland from Montreal this week. Three of the boys, Messrs A. F. Mackenzie, J. F. Minnes, and J. Michaels, are from McGill University, Montreal, while the fourth is Mr E." K. Morton, son of the managing director of the Montreal "HeraM." and he studies at the University of Halifax, Nova Seotia. They are all about 19 years of age. Three are employed as deck boys and one is a mess boy. They are very keen on the seafaring life, more especiaily because they hope the voyage will harden them up for next term's qpprt*.
