NEW OPERA HOUSE.
♦ The Band Box Revue Company continues its merry season at the New Opera House, providing each week bright and sparkling entertainment for lovers of revue and vaudeville. This week's programme is well up to the standard of those which have preceded it. The first half of the programme is given over to vaudeville, a pot pourri of novelties being presented under the general title of "Band Box Brevities." In the second half of the programme the company makes merry in a sparkling revue entitled, "Mixed Doubles." This is a decidedly original revue, presented in a highly creditable manner. The scenic setting is very effective, and the ballets are something out of the ordinary. The comedy is clean and clever, and the four comedians with the companv do some excellent work during the show. "The musical numbers are all of the highly popular type, and include some of the Yfliv "MU."
