The-programme planted at the Strand Theatro: this week features. /-'."Whisper- : ing Sage," starring Buck Jones. Hard riding, hard ; fighting, and stunts of daring that thrill every nerve are the outstanding features of the picture. There is not a dull moment in this story of the cowboy who conies to tho.settlement of the Basques seeking, vengeance for tho death of his brother, and finds romance and adventure as well as the sinister thing that he seeks. Natalie Joyce is the dainty little Spanish beauty who is- the girl in the story, and she gires a perfect performance. "The Flaming Forest," starring Antonio Moreno and Renee Adoree, a comedy, lopicals, and a New Zealand scenic complete the offering.
